A campaign of Fairtrade awareness would be the perfect partner for your efforts. We 'roast to order' for you so you have the great marketing edge that 'this was roasted this week!'. This offer is only open to school, club, church and charity fundraising.

Consider the benefits to your school and community
1.    You become a leader in ethical trade in your community as you stand up for the producers through this fairtrade promotion.
2.    The buyers/contributors receive a fresh, quality organic product that is has become a daily staple of our culture, not a daily excess as per chocolate.
3.    Your students or club members learn about Fairtrade but do not need to make as many sales to return great fund raising profits to your school or club.

All orders must be in multiples of 60 by 250g bags and can come packaged, 6 per box (for an extra 9 cents per coffee) or 12 per box (for an extra 5 cents per coffee).

You may also choose your 60 coffees from our full range of single origin organic fairtrade coffees (e.g. 20 Nicaraguan Caturra, 20 East Timor Maubisse, 20 Ethiopian Harrar. THese will be charged at 30% off the retail price) though we can only guarantee "roasted this week" when you order 60 bags from one variety of bean. Alternatively, if your market is big enough, you may choose 60 from each variety.

• Freight to your location will be charged at cost.

• Please allow one week for delivery.

An alternative to buying and selling is to have your students/members visit friends, neighbours and family offering a fresh roasted Ethiopian Harrar, East Timor Maubise or Nicaraguan Caturra for $X. This is added to a table which is tallied to make your final order then delivered and distributed the following week.

Here is what the first Fairtrade Fundraiser said:

"Thanks for the email. It has been a great fundraiser so far. We sold the coffee for $10. I have sold half of it so far, and have this Sunday to sell the rest, which definitely should be no problem. I have only had one person give feedback on the coffee so far and they said they loved it. My husband and I love it too, but we didn’t make it stronger enough the first time. And it smells fantastic when you open the coffee, so I opened one bag up so people could smell before they bought! I think it helped! Only one person mentioned the price being expensive, but I said fundraising items are always more expensive, even if its Cadburys chocolates." Jo Carland of Heathmont Baptist Church.
