Christmas Night Market
When: Friday 21st November, 7.30pm - 10pm
Where: Mowbray Anglican Church, cnr Beaconsfield Road and Dalrymple Ave, Chatswood.
What: Do your Christmas shopping in one location with over 10 charities to buy from. ALL procedds return to the chairites. No credit card facitities available - bring your cash. $5 entry fee to cover a light supper. Contacts: Simone Waters 99048840 or Lauren Smith (0413 990 777). Tribes and Nations will be represented.
A Bazaar Christmas
When: Saturday 22nd November, 7pm-9pm
Where: Glenbrook Anglican Church, Glenbrook
What: An evening of fairtrade shopping with many charities also represented. There will be a Tribes and Nations stall.
Fairtrade Market Day
When: Saturday 22nd November, 10am-4pm
Where: Singleton Baptist Church
What: All Welcome. Tribes and Nations will be represented.
Christmas Market
When: Saturday 29th November, 8am-4pm
Where: Warrimoo Public School, Florabella Street, Warrimoo.
What: Warrimoo Public School fund raiser with lots of stalls including a fully stocked Tribes and Nations stall.
Fairtrade Market Day
When: Saturday 29th November, 10am-2pm
Where: St Johns Anglican Church, Beecroft
What: Many Fairtrade stalls and a chance to make Christmas Decorations. Tribes and Nations will have a stall. Fairtrade coffee and tea with lovely munchies will be available. This is the 3rd year the event has been running.
Manly Fairtrade Christmas Markets
When: Saturday 6th, December 10am-4pm
Where: Manly Wharf Forecourt
What: As Manly has recently been accredited as the first Fair Trade community in NSW, second in all of Australia, the Markets in December will be bigger than ever as they will also be a celebration of this amazing achievement promoting Manly's Fair Trade status throughout the community and beyond.
What is Fairtrade?
When: Sunday 7th, December 9am, 10.30am, 7pm
Where: Kellyville Anglican Church
What: Grant Murray will be addressing the question of Fairtrade with a short talk during the 9am, 10.30am and 7pm services. he will also have the full Tribes and Nations shop with him for those who wish to stock up for Christmas.
Jenolan Christmas Festival
When: Saturday 13th, December 2pm-3.30pm & 8pm-10pm
Where: Jenolan Caves
What: Jenolan has been hosting Christmas Carols under the Grand Arch for 16 years. this has become an annual institution with many visitors making the yearly journey just for the carols. the beneficiary of The Jenolan Christmas Festival will be Oncology Research unit at the Children's Hospital at Westmead.
Tribes and Nations will have a stall between Midday - 4pm.
