How To Shop
Welcome to the Tribes and Nations Store and thank you for shopping with us.
The following step-by-step shopping guide is written to help the new web shoppers through our site and to help you understand what is going on at any given point in the process. It may be helpful to print this out so you can access it readily.
1. From the home page left mouse click on "Welcome to the Store" at the top centre or click on one of the photos of a range you would like to view.
2. Choose the category you would like to view within this category, from the menu on the left of the page, or simply click on a photo of a product you would like to view up close.
3. When you are in your chosen category left click on any photo to enlarge it. If you would like to then see other products then left click on the "Back to List" wording at the bottom of the page.
4. If you would like to buy the product then left click on the blank box marked "Quantity" and type in the quantity you would like. At this point you should left click the green "Add to Cart" button to confirm your choice. Don't worry as you can delete this, or any other items, up to the time you finally confirm your order. If you wish to shop some more left click on one of the range headings on the left of this page.
5. Come the time that you wish to pay for your items simply make your payment and postage method choices further down the shopping cart screen. Your payment choices are EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer, over the internet), Direct Deposit (made at a branch, into our bank account), Cheque, PayPal or Credit Card. Your postage options are Regular Mail, Express Post or Customer's Courier which means you have spoken to us about picking the goods up via your courier or personally. The default service is "Regular Post" which costs less than 10% of the value of your order with a minimum cost or $5. Now left click the "Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.
6. If you chose the "Credit Card" payment option enter your card details here. At this stage you are in part of our site that is secured and controlled by ANZ E-Gate. It looks like our site but this page is controlled by their well monitored security. Your Credit Card details cannot be viewed by us at this point nor at any time in the future.
7. If you chose any of the other payment options you will now be in the "Enter Details" page where, you guessed it, you enter your address details in order for us to post the goods to you. If you would like to add your details to our database click "Sign up" at the top of the screen. There you will be asked to enter the very same details but will not have to do this in your future shopping. Once you have entered your details via “Sign Up” or in this “Enter Details” page peruse the “Terms and Conditions” and check the box to show you have done so. Click on "Confirm Your Order" at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to leave any specific message re delivery then do so here in the spaces provided.
8. This is the time to double check that your purchase and details before clicking “Finalise Order” at the bottom of the page. You can log our or close your program any time you wish now.
9. Sit back and relax. You have completed your order and you will receive a confirmation soon by e-mail. Well done!
